We pride ourselves in seeking out the best local tradespeople to help us with our projects and maintenance. Below you'll find a list of our current and past contractors that have either done big projects for us or are involved in the maintenance of the building, often both. We appreciate their hard work, skills, and professionalism and wish to recognise their support.
Cleaning
Keeping a building as large as The Oast clean is no easy task which is why we've teamed up with North Kent Cleaning to make sure our rooms are spick and span.​
Lighting and Electrics
First contracted in 2024 to replace most of our lights in the building, Adam is now our go-to for electrics. Professional, knowledgeable, unwaveringly optimistic, and quick to boot we recommend Adam's services to domestic and commercial customers alike.
Plumbing
Brought in for our toilet refurbishment project at the end of 2023, The Village Plumber went on to replace an immersion heater as well as our 30 year old galvanised cold water feed tank with something a bit more modern. Matt and his team are always up for a challenge, which we certainly give them.
Kitchens
Callaway Kitchens refurbished the Tea Room kitchen to an incredible standard and it continues to stand up to daily use from our group users. We were keen to see the same standard applied to the Wakeley Kitchen and could think of no one better for the job. Thank you, Sean and the Callaway Kitchens Team for your superb work.
